- Tagliolins (home made pasta with eggs) 200g

- Fresh black truffle Melanosporum (Perigord)
Put the pasta in boiling water, let it cook for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the truffle butter in a pan, when it softens a bit, add a little water from pasta to it. Drain the cooked pasta and add to the pan with the butter, mix gently. Add a little bit of salt, pepper and grated cheese, mix everything together and serve on a plate. Finally, grate some more fresh truffles as an inevitable finishing touch!
BUTTER WITH TRUFFLES

It is very easy to make. it is important that you have quality butter and fresh truffles. Take the butter out of the fridge, keep it at room temperature for about half an hour, it must soften. Then mash the butter well with a fork and add freshly grated truffles and a little salt. Put the finished butter in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for a couple of hours or overnight. Then store it in the refrigerator.
