Semi-hard full-fat cheese made of goat and cow milk enriched with black truffles.
Serve as a side dish with Istrian sausage, prosciutto and olives; or just with some honey, pepper and a drop of Istrian olive oil.
Can be irresistible on frittata, pasta or as an original addition melted on top of burgers made from Istrian cattle meat.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

SEMI-HARD FULL-FAT CHEESE MADE OF GOAT AND COW MILK WITH BLACK TRUFFLES
Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter
Ingredients: goat pasteurized milk, cow pasteurized milk up to 10%, rennet, microbial culture, kitchen salt, black truffle (Tuber Aestivum, Vitt) 3%, hardener: calcium chloride.
Keep at a temperature from +4°C up to +8°C.
Average nutritional values per 100g: Energy 1619 kJ / 390 kcal; Fat 31,8 g; of wich saturates 22,9 g; Carbohydrates 0,3 g; of wich sugars <0,2 g; Protein 26,1 g; Salt 2,5 g.
Instructions for use: remove from foil, cut and consume as cold sidedish.
Made of milk from Croatian farms.
